CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please read our terms and conditions carefully:
- Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival: 100% refund.
- Cancellation 3–6 days before arrival: 90% refund.
- Cancellation 24–72 hours before arrival: 85% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: The first night will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
- No-show: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Non-refundable or promotional rates may be subject to separate terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
